problematic stay with some issues
musty smell cracked tiles
the room they gave me smelled really bad, like old water. i told them, but they acted like they could not do anything. it reminded me of they knew about the smell already. the bathroom was not great either, some tiles were cracked. it was just not what i wanted from this hotel at all.

Excellent Stay on Royal Terrace
helpful staff reasonable prices comfortable lounge
The reception staff was helpful. I found the prices at the bar reasonable. The lounge area offered comfortable seating. I appreciated having luggage storage available. I could safely store my belongings before check-in. I also liked the hotel's location on a quiet street outside the main bustle.
My bed was uncomfortable. It was firmer than I prefer. This affected my sleep quality.

wide variety excellent assistance blackout curtains
I enjoyed the breakfast. It had a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. the front desk staff provided excellent assistance. They offered quick help with directions. the room featured a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. I slept very well. the room was also spacious with good lighting.
I noticed some crumbs on the stairs. They remained uncleaned during my four-day stay
