I loved the friendly staff. They were so helpful. the location is super convenient, close to transport links. i found the tea in the rooms really lovely! the lounge areas are also perfect for chilling, very relaxing.
Sound insulation wasn't the best. I could hear conversations from the street a bit.

the cosy room was pretty and clean. the bed felt comfy and i found it really quiet. it totally was so nice.

The staff was very friendly from start to finish. they even gave me a tour of the newly refurbished facilities. It was unexpected! the takeaway breakfast was very good.

The hotel location was quite good. It was near Haymarket station, made getting around easy. The tram to the city center took less than ten minutes. I found the room decor lovely.
I stayed for three nights. I did not receive any housekeeping services during this time. My bed was not made and my towels were not changed. I could not find any signs to request housekeeping on the door.

The hotel's interior had a nice style. Rooms provided everything I needed! I found the room clean, well-furnished, and decorated nicely. The check-in and check-out process went smooth.
The room did not have any surface area to put our stuff on. Our clothes were always on the floor. This was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom also lacked surface area to place items. I was forced to keep my belongings on the bathroom floor.

The room was super cute. Its decoration impressed me. The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave local's tips for exploring. The location was central BUT calm.
I requested a copy of my bill repeatedly. I didn't get it. They have a policy of not informing guests about NO room cleaning. It only happens when requested. There isn't any information upon check in. I think this policy is ridiculous.
