the location was very convenient. it was easy to get to central station from there. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. i found the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom a nice touch too they were good quality.
the tv only had basic freeview channels. there was no bluetooth connection available i wanted to watch my own stuff. the parking was not explained in advance. the toilet seat didn't fit properly it kept moving when i sat down.

The hotel had friendly staff. They met all my requests quickly. The room had a very comfortable bed. I found the city center location convenient to navigate.
The temperature control wasn't as effective as expected, so it was hard to regulate the room temperature as much as I wanted.

the staff were helpful and friendly . the room was clean when i arrived (the standard double room). i found it very convenient that water refill stations were available on multiple floors.
i noticed marks on the walls (they definitely need some paint). the chair in my room was ripped. the wifi was noticeably slow at times.

The hotel has a convenient location. It made it easy to walk to attractions. I appreciated the large king size bed in my room. The staff was friendly .
My room was quite small with the sofa-bed open. There was little space for our luggage. The sofa-bed also felt uncomfortable. The freezer in the room did not work properly.
