the location was super. breakfast included a good variety of hot food, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. the bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. i found the staff helpful and friendly!!!
i found the pillows rather uncomfortable. the bed was a little firm and the bedding material made a lot of noise. however, these were minor issues during an otherwise excellent stay.

the staff were cute and always willing to help. they greeted guests every morning during breakfast, offering assistance and information about the surrounding area, very friendly!

the staff were friendly and helpful. i asked for alternative milk, and they provided soya milk. all food items were clearly labelled with allergens. the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
the breakfast was merely adequate. it seemed like something included rather than fresh. the hotel feels like it needs a makeover.

I found the staff friendly. Maddison, almost like family. the breakfast was fabulous, offering so many choices. the room was great too, modern and well-kept.
the pillows were just a bit too soft for my liking.

The heating was not good. I caught a bad cold. I asked for an extra blanket but never received it. She treated locals better than me. The noise from the street was terrible.
