Fantastic Stay!
clean hotel convenient location friendly staff
I find the hotel very clean. The location is very convenient with easy access to transport. The staff are very friendly, so helpful . I do appreciated the nice welcome.
The lighting in the room are a bit dim.

The hotel location is excellent for city access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the cooked breakfast to be lovely..
I found the rooms too dark. Bathroom lighting was terrible in my room. It was difficult for my wife to put on make up.

outdated decor terrible lighting
The location was easy to reach from the train station. It also had easy access to the new St James shopping mall.
I find the room decor outdated. Rooms were dark, so it wasn't easy to see where I put things. The bathroom lighting was terrible. Applying make up became impossible for my wife.

wonderful central stay
smooth check-in efficient staff early room central location
The check-in process was smooth, with very friendly and efficient staff. i was pleased my room was ready early, around 12:30, a nice surprise. i received a voucher for a drink at the bar for opting out of room servicing. This added a special touch. the hotel's central location offered very easy access to shopping and sightseeing.
I noticed a slight noise from the air conditioning system. It was a minor disruption to my sleep.

My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It featured a lovely big bathroom. i found a large, comfortable bed. i really enjoyed the fantastic shower.

the location was good. it was close to everything.
i didn't get an invoice for my stay. the hotel said it was due to a new system, but that's not my problem. i followed up. but nothing happened. also the room lighting was so dim. it seemed like i was living in a cave.

Admirable Stay at Central Hotel
efficient check-in complimentary drink ideal location
Check-in was notably efficient with friendly staff. I received an offer for a complimentary drink at the bar for foregoing room service, it was a considerate touch. The location proved ideal. Shopping and sightseeing were easily accessible by foot.
I found the bedroom lighting somewhat insufficient, particularly in the bathroom. I also experienced difficulty regulating the room temperature, resulting in a slightly warm environment overnight.
