i really appreciated that the location was central. a short walk took me to many attractions. i also found many restaurants nearby.

lack of safe uncomfortable pillows
the beds were very good quality. it was acceptable.
the room did not include a safe. opening and closing the window was very difficult. the pillows provided weren't comfortable at all.

convenient location city center clean room quiet stay
The location was very convenient. Its proximity to Princes Street was a real bonus. I found the closeness to the city center good for sightseeing. My room was clean. The quiet stay was also valuable.

wonderful city stay
clean room comfortable pillows blackout curtains
the hotel provided a very clean double room it had fresh linen and comfortable pillows the bathroom included both a bathtub and a shower the room also featured complimentary tea and coffee making facilities i appreciated the blackout curtains provided a dark sleep environment. the staff were very responsive. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.
the elevator access was slightly inconvenient requiring a short walk up a few steps to reach my floor

the room featured two bedside tables each with a reading lamp it included a small writing desk and a chair a wardrobe offered ample storage with hangers and shelving the temperature was easily controlled with an in-room thermostat.

the front desk offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out the staff provided clear directions to nearby attractions and restaurants they promptly addressed a minor issue with the television remote control i found their assistance very helpful.

The room was spacious. It included a tea and coffee station with a kettle and a mini fridge. The location is central. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.
My room lacked good ventilation. It felt a bit stuffy at times though a fan was available.

strong wifi yummy cookies small room leaky shower
The staff allowed an early check-in after the room had been cleaned. The room had strong WiFi. The hotel also provided yummy cookies. Breakfast was included.
The room was small considering the price paid. The shower leaked all over the floor after use. The glass screen offered little protection. This setup caused some inconvenience.
