the staff provided helpful dinner recommendations. the room was clean and modern. complimentary water, tea, coffee, fruit juices, and fruit were available in the pantry.
i found no internal lock on the bedroom door. one bedside lamp had faulty wiring and the lampshade on the other was broken. the kettle lid was broken and no teaspoons were available.

I found the staff very helpful with directions. the room was clean. the bed was quite comfortable. i appreciated the fast resolution to a minor issue with the tv. Someone came to fix it quickly.
the shower temperature fluctuated a bit. this made it tricky to get a consistent water temperature. i suggest looking into the shower's temperature regulation.

i found the breakfast arrangement a bit restrictive. i had to select a specific half-hour slot upon arrival. the limited availability within each time slot felt somewhat inflexible.

Location are great. Staff was lovely and very cute. The pantry provide super amenities with constant drinks available and breakfast options. Option to use the lounge was a plus.
The sealant in the shower had some mold spots. The TV always buffered, make viewing impossible. Beds aren't so comfortable and the downstairs toilets had kitchen roll for hand drying.
