Guests consistently praise the hotel's spacious and elegant rooms, some featuring large sash windows with pleasant street views. The location is also a highlight, offering a charming setting with convenient access to the city center, approximately 20 minutes walking distance to the castle, and near a lovely park with restaurants. Some guests have mentioned occasional noise disturbances due to street traffic, particularly in ground-floor rooms, but overall value the on-site amenities such as the espresso machine, and the convenience of the hotel's pub for dining, especially appreciated on rainy days.

i found the location to be quite charming and near the city center. the breakfast was also quite good and i especially enjoyed the fresh options offered.. i also appreciated that the room felt spacious.
I did notice that the bathroom extractor wasn't working . i reported this to the reception, but it wasn't fixed. The flap was just left open.. also, the heater in the room wasn't functioning. luckily, the room temperature was comfortable enough that it wasn't a major issue.

The shower had very poor water pressure. It was barely a trickle. i reported it, but staff stated it was normal for that side of the building. this is unacceptable given the cost. also, the air conditioning unit seemed ineffective and was quite noisy.
