a romantic stay

fantastic location modern amenities quick service fresh products

the location was fantastic, steps from major attractions.. it really placed us in the heart of everything. the suite included modern amenities such as a nespresso machine and complimentary toiletries. staff quickly addressed our minor concerns regarding the room setup. i found the included breakfast service to be a good start to each day, it featured fresh local products.

the elevator access was a little slow at peak times.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection, including fresh pastries and hot dishes. The coffee was strong. room service offered a limited menu of local favorites and international options. Delivery times were prompt. a nearby cafe had many gluten-free choices.

Perfect Royal Mile Stay

The location was superb! The suite featured a washing machine, certainly useful. The kitchen came fully equipped. It helped a lot. Beds were comfortable and very inviting after a long day.

It was very slight, but for a moment I got a bit lost trying to navigate between buildings to reach my room.

broken towel heater non-functional app

the room was too hot, even when i turned down the heat. also, the towel heater never did work . it was hard to contact the front desk because their app didn't work at all, i wish they had a better communication method.

the two-bedroom suite was perfect for my needs. a Washer and dryer unit was also a great bonus.

The wi-fi signal kept dropping. It was a bit annoying.
