a romantic stay
fantastic location modern amenities quick service fresh products
the location was fantastic, steps from major attractions.. it really placed us in the heart of everything. the suite included modern amenities such as a nespresso machine and complimentary toiletries. staff quickly addressed our minor concerns regarding the room setup. i found the included breakfast service to be a good start to each day, it featured fresh local products.
the elevator access was a little slow at peak times.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection, including fresh pastries and hot dishes. The coffee was strong. room service offered a limited menu of local favorites and international options. Delivery times were prompt. a nearby cafe had many gluten-free choices.

The fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. It maintained cleanliness. the business center offered computer access and printing services. It worked well. wifi was available throughout the hotel. The connection remained stable.

Our suite included a king-size bed, a separate living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. It was very clean. a minibar stocked with snacks and beverages existed.

The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. Everything was easily walkable. public transportation options are nearby, including bus stops and train stations. the neighborhood secure hotel, even at night.

They were very kind. housekeeping provided daily cleaning services. They maintained a high level of cleanliness. concierge services assisted with luggage storage. This helped greatly.

Perfect Royal Mile Stay
ideal location convenient suite equipped kitchen comfortable beds
The location was superb! The suite featured a washing machine, certainly useful. The kitchen came fully equipped. It helped a lot. Beds were comfortable and very inviting after a long day.
It was very slight, but for a moment I got a bit lost trying to navigate between buildings to reach my room.

The hotel enjoys excellent proximity to major attractions! It is located directly on the Royal Mile. This made exploring many points of interest easy. I walked everywhere and the public transportation was nearby.

broken towel heater non-functional app
the room was too hot, even when i turned down the heat. also, the towel heater never did work . it was hard to contact the front desk because their app didn't work at all, i wish they had a better communication method.

perfect suite great bonus
the two-bedroom suite was perfect for my needs. a Washer and dryer unit was also a great bonus.
The wi-fi signal kept dropping. It was a bit annoying.

the room had a well-equipped kitchenette. it included fresh milk in the fridge. coffee pods and a selection of teas were also provided.
the halls near my room were quite noisy.
