charming stay in the city center
comfortable bed powerful shower friendly staff convenient location
i found the bed very comfy and tidy the powerful shower was a delight i liked that the reception staff were friendly and helpful they were always available to answer questions the cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping everything super clean. i also appreciated its convenient location making it easy to get around.
the gym was a bit small and some of the machines seemed very close together this made it a little less enjoyable for a proper workout

I found the premium king room very modern. the included breakfast was superb. A cracking start to the day. the bar was relaxing. I could start or end my night there.
i found a few damaged items in the room.

great selections comfortable bed friendly staff
The Scottish breakfast had great selections. I found the bed huge and comfortable. It provided excellent sleep. I really liked the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a good value stay.
I found the restaurant menu a bit too limited. It might be nice with more options available.

The staff were genuinely cute. Erin, Felix, Colm, and Ivana offered attentive service. They created a relaxed atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The decor and furnishings in my Premium King Room was awesome. I liked the refreshments provided.
I noticed the bathroom had a slight musty smell.

excellent shower helpful staff good location poor soundproofing tasteless omelette lumpy pillows
i found the shower to be excellent. the staff were very helpful. the location was quite good for getting around.
The lack of soundproofing was an issue. i could hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms. the breakfast was not good. The omelette was tasteless. the pillows were not comfortable. They felt lumpy.

a satisfying stay
clean standard cute staff
the hotel has a very clean and well-kept standard. the staff seemed lovely and cute to all guests. i did appreciate the convenient location just outside the city center in the financial district, so its easy to get around. argyle street and st enoch subway station were a short walk.
i was a little bothered by the noise from the next room. a child was screaming most of the night.
