clean room coffee machine comfy bed few towels few pillows overwhelmed staff

The premium twin room was spotlessly clean. A coffee machine and kettle were available in the room. Beds were super comfy. The rainfall shower was also great.

Very few towels and pillows were given for two people. I had to request them every day. One day the room was "cleaned" but it really wasn't. I think that the staff all over the hotel seems very overwhelmed.

small room rushed cleaning

the room I got was pretty small not exactly spacious. cleaning wasn't stellar either it seemed a bit rushed on several days. breakfast felt chaotic the staff were busy writing down room numbers then slowly escorting people to tables a strange process I must say. it was a total time-waster especially since tours start early so i ended up scarfing down breakfast in a rush

The breakfast included tasty food, and I appreciated the good value. I found the design modern and quite lovely. The hotel staff seemed ready to help whenever I needed anything. The gym was clean and included good equipment.

My stay included one night. I appreciated the early check-in availability as my room was ready before the scheduled time. I found the room spotlessly clean and arranged perfectly. Staff members were pleasant and cute each time I interacted with them.
