a perfect romantic interlude

the location was superb a quick walk to many attractions i received an executive double room upon arrival it was a lovely surprise the room included ghd hair appliances which was a nice touch i also enjoyed having easy access to transportation with multiple tram stops nearby
i found the coffee cups in the room were a bit too small for my liking a larger mug would have been appreciated

The rainfall shower was fantastic! The water was also very nice and hot. I found the room very spacious.
The coffee cups in the room were too small. I also thought the bed was too hard. The pillows were much too soft, but that is my personal preference.

the fireplace was awesome, and i slept more comfortably than i have in a while. the location was central, so all tourist attractions were nearby. i'll definitely stay here again next time. It's a 10/10 experience!!!
the tvs were old with no smart tv functions. due to the size of rooms they are too small.

The hotel is in a super location. It's in the heart of everything, but it does not feel like you are right next to all of the shops and the bustle.

The hotel has great restaurants. I did not even get wet when the weather was bad but i still needed food. the restaurants offer super choices, and the staff is as wonderful as the team at the hotel.

the apartment had luxurious hand wash, shampoo, body wash, and creams. there was tea and coffee in the room and even a ghd hairdryer and straighteners were available for guest use.

the team couldn't have been more helpful, given my mobility issues. the staff was excellent, and nothing was too much for them. there were so many thoughtful touches, from the range of toiletries to the coffee pods.
