really good stay in central location
spacious room front door
i had a very spacious room. i found ramps from the front door quite helpful. the hotel provided assistance .
I experienced issues with the boiler. Hot water was available only for a couple of minutes. resetting the boiler did not resolve the problem, and it needed resetting multiple times daily. sometimes, the heating wouldn't work either.

the apartment offers a real home from home atmosphere with all necessities at hand. there are three double rooms and two bathrooms available, ensuring ample space and privacy. toiletries, bathrobes and slippers were provided for added comfort.

the hotel is very close to everything you need. it is easy to walk to with kids. it is near waverley train station. i could easily access various points of interest from the location.

i booked a 2-bedroom apartment and i was thrilled! it was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. the facilities were great, especially the modern kitchen. the staff were friendly, and i felt so welcome!
the elevator was a bit slow, i misplaced punctuation. but, it didn't significantly impact my stay.

the suite offered a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. all appliances looked new. pots, pans, dishes, and utensils were available in the cupboards and drawers, and i spotted an ice maker. there was free wifi too.

perfect location and clean suite
central location private space efficient washer
the location was perfect. the apartment was spacious, and each couple enjoyed their private space, i really appreciated the efficient washer and dryer. the bathrooms were generously sized and very clean
the entrance to the hotel had no unloading bay. it was quite a hassle to manage luggage alone, i wish there was assistance available for that.

the apartment included a convenient washer and dryer combo, simplifying laundry tasks. daily housekeeping kept the space tidy, new towels were provided throughout my stay. luggage storage was available and very helpful.

The hotel is near the main train station. This made travel very easy. it offered great value for money and its central position allowed convenient access to many attractions, this was a definite plus.

the hotel has a 24/7 reception, a great advantage for late arrivals. the staff helped accommodate our bicycles, they made the process seamless. the team was helpful about storing our luggage.
