helpful staff fresh options convenient location

The front desk staff was helpful. They quickly provided a fan for the room. breakfast offered fresh options and a coffee machine with choices like americano and cappuccino. the location allowed convenient walking to dinner and the grass market.

the mattress seemed like a pad on a boxspring, and it kept shifting off the bed.

helpful staff good breakfast small room street noise

the location was convenient to many attractions. breakfast offered a good variety of options. the staff was helpful with directions and local information. my room was cleaned daily and linens replaced.

the room was quite small especially the bathroom. street noise was noticeable at night even with the windows closed. i found it difficult to regulate the room temperature the heating system seemed inconsistent. there were no extra pillows available in the room i had to request them.

inconvenient placement disinterested staff

The room was small , and this made moving around difficult. The lack of space was compounded by the inconvenient placement of furniture. I asked for assistance regarding the room situation , but the staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in finding a solution.
