I found the hotel's central location very convenient, with access to various attractions. The room provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a security door chain. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the self-check-in process, which streamlined my arrival (it saved time!).
The room temperature was difficult to control, and I needed to contact staff to adjust it.

The restaurant featured a good variety of choices. The lobby is open with plenty of room to socialize with traveling companions.. WOW. The staff responded helpfully to every request I made.
The price was a little too high. There was no kettle in the room.

The room seemed smaller than advertised. The bed filled most of the space, it felt really cramped! I think they could improve the room size. It's not comfortable.

The location was indeed central! The breakfast provided many choices. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the modern design of the hotel, it felt very fresh and current.
The room size was quite small. There was minimal space around the bed. This made maneuvering a bit difficult, especially with luggage.
