Aoife at the front desk greeted me with such warmth. She always wore a smile. she helped with every little thing i needed. the robes in my room were nice. the bathroom was super clean, it featured very lovely toiletries.
The bar staff were a little slow with the service. It tested my patience slightly.

The location was really good for the theatre. There was a lovely riverside walk and cafes nearby too. I skipped the hotel breakfast and went to one of them. It was so relaxing and very enjoyable.
Every time i checked if it had gone through, the site said it was pending. there were two receptionists on duty. That was not really enough at that time of the evening. I could have checked in with the machines in the lobby, but i got stuck in traffic, and my phone battery was dead.
