some issues, central location

broken shower hosebad lighting
the shower hose in my bathroom was broken. the main lights flickered, i couldn't turn them on. there was a big yellow lamp that wouldn't work either so the lighting was bad. the elevators had a very long wait time. they went up and down from the ground floor to the 5th floor for 5 minutes trying to get to the basement. no stairs led down to the sauna & pool. ringing reception 24/7 for assistance barely got me an answer.
