The breakfast buffet had a wide array of options. It included both hot and cold dishes. the hotel's central location was convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff I encountered were polite and helpful at all times. my room was always cleaned and restocked daily.
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. SOME of the machines were showing signs of wear. the noise from the street was noticeable. This sometimes disrupted my sleep. I also found the room service menu to be quite limited. There were few choices available after 10 pm.

charmed by every detail
room upgrade attentive concierge fresh pastries
The room upgrade to a premium large king room was a good surprise. the spaciousness was appreciated, i loved the extra space for luggage and relaxation. the attentiveness of the concierge was noticeable. He provided several useful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of fresh fruits and pastries, a great start to each day!
