A Decent Hotel Stay

spacious roomcomfortable roomen-suite bathunwelcoming stafflong waiting timessandwich delay
I found the room spacious and comfortable. The en-suite had both a bath and a shower. The proximity to the stadium impressed me.
I noticed staff weren't overly cute. It might be professional to be business-like, but a little warmth would not go amiss. I felt waiting times were really long, particularly with lunch. I had to wait 45 minutes for sandwiches, and no one explained the delay.

i was disappointed by a couple of things . first , the gym was quite small , lacking several essential machines. there was no assisted pull-up machine or kettlebells , limiting workout options. also , the breakfast buffet , while decent , lacked variety and changed little over my several days there. the same dishes were offered daily was great. the quality was acceptable , but a bit more innovation would greatly improve the experience.

The reception gentleman was friendly when I checked in. Waitresses and waiters served me well. My room was spacious. it included both a bath and shower.
The waiting staff were poor communicators to me. The staff seemed to put blame on the customer. I think the staff feared returning to the kitchen to rectify their errors.
