apartment layout good cleanliness helpful staff lighting issue empty bottle uncleaned space
the apartment layout was good. i found the cleanliness quite satisfactory. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the lighting under the bed was out. i also found an empty bottle. nobody cleaned under there, or replaced the bulb.

Really good Stay with Family
ample space equipped kitchen helpful staff comfortable bed
The apartment provided ample space for my family. It included a well-equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso coffee machine. Staff offered helpful tips about local transport options, something I found very kind. The beds were comfortable (a real plus after long days), and a spacious wardrobe was in the bedroom.
I noticed the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, it was adequate though.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions about directions and taxis. They provided storage lockers, especially useful since we arrived before check-in, this meant we could explore luggage-free. I especially appreciated the warm welcome.

The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals. I noticed that thoughtful touches included tea bags, coffee, milk, and sugar, a welcome convenience upon arrival. A Tesco supermarket nearby also made it easy to get essentials.

The location offered easy access to restaurants and attractions (though I did enjoy walking). The provided information regarding a shortcut to the Castle was a real time saver. The car park availability was convenient.

i found the two-bedroom apartment provided ample space for our group. the rooms featured a modern design and looked clean. i appreciated the friendly staff at check-in, who provided helpful recommendations.
i noticed the apartment was quite a walk to the center.

super apartment experience!!!
great apartment size comfortable bed perfect kitchen
The apartment size was fantastic for my needs. i found the pull-out beds surprisingly comfortable, a HUGE plus. the kitchen was perfect. It had every single amenity i could possibly want, it was AMAZING!!! the location was quiet, i liked that it was away from the main road, it gave more peace. the staff was really pleasant and helpful when i needed assistance.
the layout had some quirks, with doors that felt slightly inconvenient, requiring some propping open.

The kitchen was fully stocked. I found dishwashing liquid and tablets already there. the refrigerator worked perfectly, keeping everything cool and fresh, it was convenient. there was even milk for coffee already in the apartment.

the apartment featured blackout curtains, an amazing addition to block out the long daylight hours. the unit also included a clothes washer and dryer, which i found convenient. luxurious bed linens added a real touch of comfort to the space.
