The staff was friendly, and they were happy to help. I also appreciated the nice touches in the room. There was a hairdryer and ghd hair straighteners. A lovely coffee machine was available too. The location was great, putting me close to many places.

The room heating did not work and some lights in the room were also broken. The minibar was missing items in the first room I got.

Check-in was weird. It's just a computer at the back of the restaurant. i had to drag my luggage down stairs through the restaurant to get there. plus, there isn't any ac, so the room was stuffy. we had to choose between street noise and cigarette smoke or a not-super-helpful fan.

the rooms were clean and equipped with a hairdryer and straighteners. a coffee machine and kettle were also in the room (very convenient!). the fridge was well stocked with various beverages. the bathroom was spacious and included lovely toiletries.

check-in occurred at the back of a busy bar, lacking a designated hotel reception area. this made me a little concerned when i had to leave my luggage there.

The location IS central. The restaurant downstairs offered tasty meals. The staff handled check-in smoothly. I found the espresso machine in the room very convenient.

the room was modern and well-equipped..

The loud music from the bar below made it difficult to sleep until late at night. also, the breakfast service was slow and disorganized. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple order. the lack of clear signage for the hotel entrance made it confusing to find initially.
