Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

inadjustable heating strange menu
The location was very convenient (close to everything).
I found the room quite cold. The heating was not adjustable, and i had to wear warm clothes indoors. i found the breakfast menu quite strange as it was missing common options, such as bacon.

my room included complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom featured ample towels. i found the proximity to local attractions very convenient. a nearby grocery store allowed easy access to snacks.
the lack of an elevator proved inconvenient, especially with luggage. navigating multiple flights of stairs was tiring.

The location was superb. i could visit the main attractions easily by foot. the room was very clean. I liked that a lot! the staff were also friendly.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

awesome location dining place uncomfortable bed soft pillow
the location was awesome, super close to the bus station and waverly! so many shops and dining places up hanover and on princes street. i would totally stay again.
the bed was really uncomfortable. pillows were way too soft, it was like we didn't even have any. i had a really uncomfortable night's sleep.
