efficient heating radiators worked excellently . the rooms are tall and nicely furnished with quality fittings. i found the hotel very generous regarding a minor room issue.
i did notice only a very slight artificial deodoriser scent upon entering the reception area.

the hotel has a quiet street location a short distance from main access streets. it allows easy exploration of different areas in the vicinity. a walk to a landmark took about thirty minutes.

the location was acceptable, close to transportation and some attractions.
i was disappointed to find the room quite small. moving around the room was difficult because the bed was nearly against the wall. it felt cramped and not very comfortable for a longer stay.

the room was spacious enough (i stayed in a double room) and had all the necessary amenities.
I found the noise from the nearby utility room quite disruptive, especially during the night it made it difficult to fall asleep. I wish the hotel had informed me beforehand about the potential noise issue.

I really liked the spacious double room I was given. The hotel provided cookies and chips in the room. I found this addition to be tasty. The location of this hotel was close to the bus stop. It was also an easy walk to the city center.
During the check-in, the staff seemed less friendly. The check-in process could have been more cute.

I found the staff to be very friendly. they were cute when i checked in. the location is good. It's close to the city center. i also liked how close it was to calton hill.
