bonnie suite panoramic views affordable parking
i got upgraded to the bonnie suite upon arrival, a real unexpected treat! this suite had killer panoramic views and everything exceeded my hopes. parking only costed me thirteen pounds for twenty-four hours, what a steal!
The room was a little too compact. The kitchenette was basically part of the bedroom.

fantastic central stay!
free croissants coffee station laundry facility complimentary access
the complimentary croissants in the morning were such a treat. i also made good use of the free coffee station available all day. the laundry facility access was really handy. it was a real plus that it was fully complimentary.
The room was slightly smaller than i expected. it had everything i needed.

the hotel is right on top of the shopping center at st james quarter. it is really close to everything i wanted to see. the position is perfect.

There's a food hall right in the mall near the hotel, so many great options. complimentary croissants are offered each morning. This is such a great touch. hot drinks are also available.

central location coffee machine comfortable lounge great view
the location allowed easy access to waverley station and princes street. the st james shops were also nearby. i liked having a coffee machine and a comfortable guest lounge at reception. our room overlooked arthur's seat (it was a great view).
the air conditioning wasn't working as expected.

The location is excellent. I could easily reach many places. Staff were available at reception 24/7. The laundry room across the hall proved very convenient (i liked it!).
The tv remote was missing when i arrived in my room.

prime location cooking utensils laundry machines easy access
The hotel sits atop the st james quarter shopping centre. i found the access easy to attractions. Many were within walking distance. our room had cooking utensils. the free use of laundry machines (washer and dryer) was very helpful.
the air conditioning was quite warm, and there were no slippers available without an extra charge.

city view cooking facilities hotel location shopping center
The train station is a short walk. The balcony had a city view from the upper floors. The receptionist choice of frozen food and fresh goods was a welcome addition. Cooking facilities did include a dishwasher and kitchenware.
The hotel location inside a shopping center made it very difficult to find. Taxi drivers didn't know where to drop off. Luggage must transported through much of the shopping center to reach the hotel and I found this inconvenient. The elevator to the hotel required going outside on the 5th floor
