large rooms european plugs
the rooms are very large and spacious , i noticed european plugs in the room. the kitchen has everything needed , including a hair dryer and an iron.
the breakfast system seemed difficult .

dated room uncomfortable sofa
the location is acceptable, it is near the main areas.
The room was quite dated to me. The bathroom door did not close PROPERLY. the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable. It would not unfold correctly.

inconsistent stay with a few issues
bathroom door holed towels
i found a couple of things that really bothered me. the bathroom door was tricky (reminded me of i might get stuck!). also, the towels had holes in them, which wasn't what i expect from a hotel like this. it gave the impression the place needed some serious upkeep.

fantastic stay!
spacious room clean space comfy beds complete amenities
The room was spacious and very clean. beds were comfy, i slept really well. the modern furniture gave it a chic vibe. I felt so relaxed! i enjoyed the complete set of amenities. Everything was so convenient.
I noticed a small stain on the ceiling of the room. It was minor, though it slightly detracted from the otherwise pristine appearance.

The hotel has a modern gym. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a business center is available. It features printing and fax services. the lobby offers comfortable seating and complimentary tea and coffee.

my queen studio had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher. the room featured a large screen tv with streaming services and premium channels. a separate sitting area was available with a comfortable sofa and a work desk.

the hotel is a few minutes walk from major attractions and the royal mile. several restaurants and cafes are situated nearby, great for convenient dining options. public transportation stops are easily accessible from the hotel!

kitchen appliances large sink good breakfast faulty tv dirty cotton bud poor attention
The room had more kitchen appliances than i expected. it was a nice surprise to see a large sink and a dishwasher. the breakfast included a good variety of choices. It was very tasty.
I noticed the tv was not working when i got to my room. when i called reception, they informed me that no one was available to fix it. i also found a dirty cotton bud in the shower. The room required more attention to detail.
