I appreciated the early check-in. it helped me avoid carrying my luggage around. the room had everything i needed. haymarket was easily accessible. the receptionist was helpful and responsive. Their friendly demeanor was welcome.
the absence of a lift was a slight inconvenience. carrying luggage up the stairs was a minor challenge. this could be a consideration for elderly guests or those with heavy bags.

quite pleased with my stay
helpful suites soft beds polite staff
the rooms were very nice, suites were very helpful if we didn't want to go out for breakfast every day. beds were soft. i didn't see the staff much but when i did, they were polite. i liked the soft beds a lot, slept good.
the room was described as a junior suite, but really was a bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a small well-equipped alcove kitchenette. despite the cooking facilities, there was nowhere to sit and eat.

mixed feelings about my stay
warm room minimal access
the location was acceptable.
the room i got wasnt great for the price i payed. access to the wardrobe was minimal because of the bedside table. the room was very warm and the fan didnt help much, so i did not sleep great even though the bed was comfortable.

great size warm building fresh towels
The room have a great size. Staff addressed immediately when I report the toilet have issues. The warm building was very spacious, and my room was brightly lit and felt really cozy. I appreciate the fresh towels were every day.
The room get very hot. The fan don't help as it is blowing the warm air around. It is really not comfortable.
