mixed feelings about my stay
worn furniture misleading toiletries
the room looked a bit worn. furniture edges were damaged, and this detracted from the overall experience. i also noticed the advertised temple spa toiletries were not actually present. this felt misleading and was a significant disappointment.

Really good stay at a themed gem
central location helpful staff spacious room
I appreciated the hotel's central location and proximity to key attractions. It made exploring easy. The staff was consistently helpful and polite. My room was spacious and well-kept. The bar had a lively atmosphere, and i enjoyed a couple of cocktails there.
The noise from nearby establishments was noticeable at times, impacting sleep quality. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve soundproofing to reduce external noise.

Staff provided quick and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Concierge service was available 24/7 and answered my questions. They were very helpful, and assisted me with directions to the nearby train station.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with cardio machines and free weights. There is also a bar area that offers an extensive list of cocktails. Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, and its signal was quite strong.

central location friendly staff coffee facilities nightclub noise slow breakfast unclear prices
The location was central. the staff were friendly. i stayed in the superior double room and it was a good size. It was clean. the room had tea and coffee making facilities.
The nightclub downstairs created a lot of noise until late. the breakfast service was slow. I had to wait a long time for my order. the mini bar prices were not clear. I didn't know what was included.

the room include complimentary coffee and tea. i found a large shower. It had good water pressure.
the light switches had worn labels. it was difficult to locate them when i arrived because the room was dark.
