The staff was genuinely helpful. They assisted with luggage. Breakfast included a good continental selection. I had a comfortable stay in a convenient spot. The pub downstairs offered an enjoyable atmosphere after a day of exploring.
I was not informed about the two flights of stairs. Carrying my suitcase upstairs was quite difficult.

the staff was friendly. i was greeted warmly upon arrival. the room was clean. the location was central, made getting around easier.
The mattress was not great. i found it difficult to get comfortable. the windows were sealed shut. I couldn't open them on a hot night. the shower's water pressure was not strong.

i thought the staff was friendly. they seemed very cute and helpful to me. the continental breakfast was also just perfect. i liked the handy location only a short walk from the train stations.
i must say there were two flights of stairs with high steps. it was very difficult for me to carry my suitcase upstairs. also , the towels and sheets weren't changed. they would only be changed if i stayed beyond three nights.

I found the staff helpful. They were so cute. the bar area had a friendly atmosphere. It closed at midnight which ensured a quiet night. it's south of the city. Nearby were several bars and restaurants i enjoyed exploring. breakfast was such a treat with delicious choices.
i was slightly disappointed by the limited decaf coffee options offered. i usually drink a lot of coffee and it would have been wonderful to have more decaf choice available.
