attentive service relaxed ambience
the waterfall lounge had a very cute atmosphere. mr raynold was sunshine friendly and provided attentive service there. i appreciated his politeness. i also found the apollo club lounge had an energetic atmosphere! mr iskander greeted me with passion. i liked the staff culture and relaxed ambience.
the room i stayed in was quite small. there was not much room around the bed.

the room had air conditioning and blackout curtains. these features allowed me to control the room's climate. room cleaning happened adequately, though it wasn't daily. the location was a short walk to the river.

the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. i appreciated the proximity to public transportation! the staff were very helpful with directions and information.
the gym equipment felt a little dated but it was still functional.

the room included a king-sized bed with comfortable linens. a mini-fridge and coffee maker were available for convenience. the bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toiletries, it also featured a walk-in shower.

Housekeeping provided daily service, they kept the room clean and tidy. The front desk staff were responsive and helpful. bell service assisted with luggage efficiently! restaurant staff were attentive during breakfast.

early poolside varied buffet free water
the poolside was excellent and opened early at 0600hrs. breakfast was amazing!!! the buffet had some variety with items changing daily. i appreciated the free bottled water i could take away.
the television in my room was a bit old.

the location allows quick travel to major attractions. the public transport access is convenient, with nearby bus stops.

efficient service late meals helpful directions large pool
i found the room service very efficient. ordering food late at night was easy! the staff delivered meals quickly. the food tasted fresh. the concierge offered helpful directions around the area, ensuring i never felt lost exploring nearby attractions. the swimming pool was large, i enjoyed my daily swim. there were many lounge chairs available.
the gym was small. it lacked newer equipment. the limited space made it crowded during peak hours though it was still functional.

the room featured a comfortable king bed with soft linens! the bathroom included premium toiletries and plush towels, so i was able to enjoy a nice shower. it had ample space for luggage storage.
