the room was smaller than i expected i had trouble opening my suitcase there was barely any space to move around it felt quite cramped. the lighting was also not ideal there were only dim lights and no proper ceiling light it was difficult to see things clearly. i also noticed some stains on the carpet it needed a better cleaning. i probably won't stay in this room type again

The planned power outage was a HUGE inconvenience. It lasted for several hours each day of my stay, affecting the air conditioning and internet. I wish they had informed me about this before my arrival. I also found the staff to be rather unhelpful when I asked for an extra blanket. It took multiple attempts to get one, and even then, it wasn't a proper duvet.

the location suited me perfectly it allowed easy access to local restaurants and bars the team working there were very helpful especially anne the pool was also a nice feature i liked. armando provided really good service he. the room was stylish and the facilities were nice.

the room felt rather small especially with luggage it was not practical for travelers i would say. there was only a double bed in the room it impacted our sleep quality a bit. i found the building work created a bit of disturbance during the day.
