Acceptable stay, but some issues experienced
small roompromised upgrade
The room was surprisingly small. It felt cramped with luggage. the promised upgrade to a bay view room never materialized. I found it DISAPPOINTING, especially after waiting longer than other guests and being told one was available. The front desk staff could have been more attentive. Their lack of follow-through was frustrating.

I regret to say my stay wasn't flawless. the gym looks tired. Several machines seemed out of order and the space felt cramped, it wasnt clean either. also, i found the service at the main pool slow. Getting a drink took a while, and staff didn't seem so attentive.

My room was a sea view twin room. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of choices, it was wonderful.
The gym was sometimes crowded in the afternoons. Finding available equipment was difficult. Housekeeping occasionally forgot to replenish toiletries, a minor inconvenience. It affected relaxation.

the location proved perfect for accessing nearby attractions. the buffet breakfast presented a wide selection. the staff demonstrated politeness during interactions.
i found the bathroom quite small in comparison to the room size. housekeeping missed a smudge on the mirror throughout my visit. the gym had limited equipment with only three treadmills.
