Mixed Feelings Due to Several Issues
It sounded like jackhammers right next door. They moved me once, yet the management knew about the noise all along. The staff seemed indifferent and offered minimal compensation for the inconvenience. I expected better service considering the cost..

slow check-in crowded breakfast
I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process. I had requested a higher floor room, a request I thought would be simple (it really SHOULD have been). The staff seemed unable to confirm availability quickly. I found the breakfast buffet very crowded. There was a LONG wait to even get in and the food quality did not quite match the price.

helpful staff attentive service front reception
the staff at the front reception were very helpful. leon ensured i knew all the offerings. ravi at the pool was attentive and made sure i had everything i needed.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated.
