slow check-incrowded breakfast
I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process. I had requested a higher floor room, a request I thought would be simple (it really SHOULD have been). The staff seemed unable to confirm availability quickly. I found the breakfast buffet very crowded. There was a LONG wait to even get in and the food quality did not quite match the price.

the staff at the front reception were very helpful. leon ensured i knew all the offerings. ravi at the pool was attentive and made sure i had everything i needed.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated.
