Really good Service and Prime Location
professional staff genuine care easy location various attractions
The staff were professional. They readily addressed all my needs with genuine care. Joey were very good too assist me. His dedication was appreciated. I look forward to seeing him in a leadership role during my next visit. The location made it easy to walk to various attractions.
The pool area became quite crowded during peak hours. It was challenging to find an available lounger.

The quay room featured a massive comfortable bed perfect. It was very clean. It also had convenient amenities for a comfortable stay of several days.

The restaurant offered a nice selection of dishes for every palate. I sampled a good array of local and international cuisine . The buffet had options for breakfast.

The staff demonstrated excellent service. One staff member provided warm hospitality. They ensured all guests were well taken care of during their dining experiences. It was very thoughtful.

slow service limited equipment
The breakfast spread was acceptable, including artichokes.
I found the room service inadequate. I ordered a late-night snack and it took over an hour to arrive (quite frustrating when you are tired). the fitness center was smaller than expected with only two treadmills.

Underwhelming Stay at a Prominent Building.
small room overcrowded breakfast
The room was quite small. I expected more space considering the price. Breakfast seemed like a school canteen. It was overcrowded and the staff seemed more focused on clearing tables quickly rather than assisting guests. I also tried to get a second cup of coffee, it was difficult. I was not happy.

rainfall shower great location breakfast buffet
The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated that. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. The breakfast buffet included so much variety. Daniel Buenventura provided excellent service! during my stay.
The air-conditioning thermostat felt a bit dodgy.
