Acceptable, But Some Issues Encountered
easy access halal food pool maintenance taxi inconvenience
The hotel is near Arab Street. It offers easy access to halal food.
The swimming pool was under maintenance. I was not informed of this before checking in, disappointing. I had to take a taxi to their sister hotel to use the pool, it was not convenient.

Wonderful Hotel Experience
great facilities rooftop pool buffet breakfast western dishes
I especially appreciated the hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool. The room offered a good view of Beach Road. I also found the buffet breakfast fabulous, it had many Asian and Western dishes.
I experienced an issue with faulty equipment in the room, which slightly disrupted my sleep on one night.

The room was spacious and bright with an overlooking view of Beach Road and very clean. The bed was comfortable with nice linen and it had a filtered water tap instead of bottled water. There was also a smart TV in the room.

The hotel restaurant provided fresh food and delicious meals. I was treated to some excellent drinks and wonderful service at the hotel bar. The Korean all-day dining restaurant is halal certified and made it a great option for both breakfast and dinner.

Dillah was able to procure an early check in. Tiffany and Rino provided wonderful service at the hotel bar and were very polite and helpful. I received amazing personalized services from Vishan at the concierge, who was knowledgeable.

The hotel is located across from colorful Kampong Glam, near train stations. It is located near Haji Lane, so I had many shopping and dining options. The hotel is within close proximity to downtown. Bussorah has some amazing middle eastern restaurants nearby.

The rooftop pool was excellent. I found the hotel facilities excellent overall. The hotel is spacious, modern, and has facilities for large business conferences and the gym is very nice. The hotel includes breakout sessions with good snacks and drinks.

a romantic getaway
attentive staff great patience serene ambiance little touches
the staff was attentive to our needs. the bellboys showed great patience. i loved the lobby ambiance, it had a serene feel. little touches like packed biscuits for children showed care. the pool offered views. made it special, we loved it so much.
the limited breakfast choices disappointed me slightly. i wished there was more variety during peak hours, it felt very crowded.

Solid stay near Arab Street
great location many options
The location is great. It is close to the Arab district. I found many eating options there. Public transport is good from this hotel too. Two MRT stations are near. The bus service stops in front.
I experienced some issues with the mini bar. It was totally empty. I think the hotel could do better with this detail. It.

Excellent Stay Experience
balcony room laundry service
I stayed in a balcony room and found it quite good. The club floor provided breakfast more convenient. Daily laundry service, including two items, I found very helpful. The club floor team delivered great service and ensured my stay was enjoyable.
I requested a specific bed arrangement for my child, it was not provided upon arrival. The swimming pool was inaccessible without prior notice which I found to be an oversight. The corridor leading to the gym could use more ventilation.

Breakfast in the club lounge offered sufficient choices for me. Evening food included a variety of options though seafood was prominent. The service in the club lounge was attentive to personal preferences. Ginger restaurant staff should be friendly.
