i encountered an issue with the television, specifically chrome casting. i reported it, but the staff struggled to resolve it. they said it wasn't a commonly used feature and only a small percentage of guests could use it. this was disappointing, especially given the room rate.

I received excellent service. i really appreciated the attentiveness. velan looked after us well with food and drinks. he frequently checked in, so i felt valued.
the tv's chrome casting feature didn't work, disappointing. reporting it didn't resolve the issue .

Breakfast at La Brasserie was great. There are many options. I got a room at level four facing the MBS hotel. I enjoyed full view of fireworks from my balcony. The hotel staff are so friendly. They know their hotel guests well.
The lift system requires upgrading because it causes lengthy delays.
