Lovely Stay!
fine view attentive staff convenient location
The rooftop bar provided a fantastic spot with fine views. The staff was attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. I also loved the location. It was very convenient for exploring many local attractions.

The room offered EXCELLENT amenities and was clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. A private balcony provided a unique space. It gave the opportunity to wave to people on passing boats. That was particularly fun.

The hotel's location is SUPERB and allows easy access to key landmarks. It is also convenient for exploring the city. There is a walking path around the bay. I even spotted otters there!

The rooftop bar provided wonderful food and drinks with amazing views. The rooftop pool was another highlight. It made relaxation easy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide array of options.

mixed feelings about my stay
chrome casting issue room rate
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i encountered an issue with the television, specifically chrome casting. i reported it, but the staff struggled to resolve it. they said it wasn't a commonly used feature and only a small percentage of guests could use it. this was disappointing, especially given the room rate.

fantastic location and service!
excellent service food selection attentive waiter
I received excellent service. i really appreciated the attentiveness. velan looked after us well with food and drinks. he frequently checked in, so i felt valued.
the tv's chrome casting feature didn't work, disappointing. reporting it didn't resolve the issue .

the location provides convenient access to transportation for exploring nearby areas. a tunnel connects the hotel directly with the merlion park, a nice perk. the building exhibits greek architecture.

The service crew ensures everyone is well attended. staff members are attentive and friendly. They provide fantastic overall assistance! mariya offered tea recommendations and helped with taking pictures.

The breakfast offers an unbelievable amount of choice. The food is very delicious. i dined at la brasserie and enjoyed the food. the landing point is good value. I recommend it.

many options fireworks view friendly staff
Breakfast at La Brasserie was great. There are many options. I got a room at level four facing the MBS hotel. I enjoyed full view of fireworks from my balcony. The hotel staff are so friendly. They know their hotel guests well.
The lift system requires upgrading because it causes lengthy delays.

delicious food really good service traditional treats
i had afternoon tea at the landing point the food was delicious i especially loved the traditional treats mariya provided warm and really good service she made my experience even better i really appreciated her attention to detail
i noticed a slight delay using the lift system which could benefit from upgrades to avoid long waits
