the hotel sit in a really good location i find. it was easy getting around. the staff was really friendly and helpful, i apreciate that. breakfast was not at the hotel, but many restaurants outside the hotel and at a mall was just around the corner.
the room didn't have a table. i wanted to put my laptop on it, that a problem. the toilet was in the shower, not great. i would have liked some soap at the basin. that something to improve.

the location was very central. i was near the train station and could easily access many places (a big plus for exploring the area!). the staff accommodated my request to leave my bags until later in the afternoon.
the room was somewhat small.

i received a complimentary upgrade from a single room to a double room. the location was very convenient with two metro stations within a short walk. clarke quay was accessible within 15 minutes by walking along the river, it was amazing!
The air conditioning in the corridors stopped at night. It did get a little stuffy.

numerous local food options surrounded the hotel. a supermarket was nearby, as was chinatown. it's easy to find food, at any time of the day, very conveniently and quickly, a plus.

my room was a good size, especially given the upgrade. the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, this made relaxing easy. wifi worked well in the room, made staying connected seamless

The location was convenient, right in Chinatown. The mrt station was close. I found many dining options nearby. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
The soundproofing could have been better. Street noise was noticeable at times.
