clogged vent peeling paint
The location was acceptable, providing easy access to the river transportation.
I found the room to be in disrepair. The AC did not work well and the vents were clogged with dust. Paint was peeling off the doors, so the room's condition was disappointing.

riverside view kind staff convenient location
I have stayed here many times. the riverside view is a treasure i always look forward to. the staff shows kindness, always ready to help. I felt cared for! the location is convenient, allowing me to explore nearby temples easily.
the wifi signal was inconsistent. this made it hard to plan activities. i hope they improve the wifi soon.

the location was acceptable.
The breakfast was quite poor. The selection was very limited. the staff during breakfast seemed uninterested and not particularly attentive. the young man serving even had visibly dirty clothes. I pointed it out.

helpful staff excellent location convenient street market easy taxi access
i loved the helpful reception staff they really went the extra mile to assist me the location was perfect for exploring riverside attractions and i found it super convenient being so close to a street market with reasonably priced restaurants taxis were always easy to find right outside the hotel too
i noticed the air conditioning in the room wasn't quite as adjustable as i would have liked otherwise everything was perfect

great river view outdoor breakfast short walk knowledgeable tour guide
I had a lovely upgraded room. It featured a great river view (especially enjoyable at night). Breakfast was served outdoors. I enjoyed the atmosphere. A short walk led to bars and street food.
The plastic chairs and lounges by the pool looked a little old.

convenient location fresh options refreshing swim
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing river excursions I found it easy to get to many tourist spots from there. The breakfast presented a great variety of fresh options and the staff helped me with anything I needed. I appreciated the pool. It was clean and well maintained for a refreshing swim.
