the hotel is clean rooms are cleaned daily pristine white sheets and towels were changed there were tea and coffee facilities with delicious local snacks at the reception. the staff helped with getting cabs to the airport. the rooms are non smoking but there is a sit out for smokers on the 4th floor and ground floor.

My rooms was very clean and had a comfortable bed. A fridge was there too. I got free snacks and water every day, I was grateful for that. The staff are always helpful and friendly, they helped me with directions. This hotel is close to many temples and the lively streets.
The air conditioning in the room made a loud noise at night.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, a plus for early mornings, it also had a tuk-tuk service, it offered rides to main attractions three times a day and that was convenient.

The staff was very friendly and understood English well. The hotel provides a complimentary tuk-tuk service to established destinations with fixed schedules. You sign up at reception. I found the rooms spacious and maintained well. The location is advantageous, being close to many good restaurants.
My room faced the road, and i heard a lot of noise from passing trucks. The bed shook from the vibrations. Some people stayed on the terrace and talked and smoked late into the night.
