messy sealant limited breakfast
The room décor seemed old. The sealant around my room window was messy! it really detracted from the view. I also found that the breakfast lacked enough variety, though many options were available.

great location helpful staff lovely reception loud music tired room bathroom condition
the location was great , close to the river taxi and in the heart of chinatown. the staff were great and so helpful. the reception area was lovely. it had a starbucks as well.
the music from the hotel bar and nightclub was loud for two consecutive nights until midnight , my room was on the 17th floor , right next to it. the first room i stayed in (1708) was pretty tired. the bathroom was not great. there was a high risk of falls and slipping getting into the shower above the bath.

clogged toilet outdated bathroom
the hotel offered great views over the city, and its location was convenient.
The toilet clogged in the room i stayed in, pretty frustrating. The bathroom also felt outdated. i expect better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

i really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. there was a handy location and services. the morning breakfast started our day well with good variety.
i found some slightly old furniture. i would advise not expecting a perfectly clean atmosphere.
