the staff were so helpful they were great what i would expect.
The room was old school. It also felt a bit cheap. i wish they had been more upfront about how much it would impact my stay.

the hotel offered a warm welcome at arrival with detailed information regarding local attractions and activities. i stayed in a garden suite on the ground floor at the rear. the room was decorated very nicely and felt perfect. breakfast was pre-ordered the night before to a desired time and included both western and thai items. all staff members were engaging, friendly, and eager to assist.
the room doors did not feel very secure, and there was no door for privacy in the bathroom, a minor inconvenience.

the staff provided lots of helpful information about the area and recommendations on sights to visit. they were very knowledgeable and aided me in navigating my way around. the team ensured all needs were catered to, demonstrating great care.

the staff was helpful. They provided recommendations for things to do. Breakfast included gluten-free options and a separate menu. I stayed in the loft room, the ladder to the bed WAS really steep.
the doors to the room didn't feel secure. Our bathroom didn't have A door for privacy. Our bathtub overflowed the entire lower half of the room.
