Excellent Stay in Vibrant Location!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is bright and funky. We had a Family Room and it was spacious (a real plus with kids). Beds are comfortable. I particularly loved the king bed. The entire hotel felt modern and very clean. The rooftop pool was open until 10 PM. We were able to cool down after a long day of exploring.
The shower space was just a bit smaller than I expected. I managed fine, but someone larger might find it a little snug.

The noise at night was insane. a nearby bar played music at top volume until 3 a.m.. Earplugs were useless. i might as well have slept on the street.

I really enjoyed my stay. the lobby tour desk helped me book some amazing day trips. our children spent hours in the vibrant hotel pool. the breakfast had lots of choices. We loved the different options each morning.
the hotel hallway lighting was very dim. it was hard to see, especially near the sink. i found it difficult to put on makeup in the room.

The location was very convenient to everything i wanted to see.. the staff were also very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. the room was well kept, and the cleaning service kept everything super clean. the pool was a real highlight. I used it every day to cool off after my excursions.
i was a little disappointed with the limited breakfast options.. the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep some evenings. the gym was quite small and lacked some equipment i would have liked to use.

I was a little disappointed with my stay. the noise at night was a real issue. loud music from the street kept me awake until late. It was hard to relax. also, the lack of hand towels in the room was inconvenient. it's a small thing, but it did impact my overall experience. i'm not sure i'd stay here again because of these problems.
