The room was spacious, including lots of place for luggage. There was a separate study room and sofa area. the bathroom was large too. staff were very helpful and friendly, i got great sleep at night.
The breakfast was very weak for people who don't like eating salads. soups were also present and thai food was available at breakfast. the restaurant where the breakfast is served is dark and claustrophobic. The ceiling is very low and chairs are uncomfortable

the room WAS surprisingly BIG and comfortable. I found the staff pleasant so I had a good stay. The hotel is close to major attractions AND offers easy access to Khao San Road. BREAKFAST included made eggs and pancakes to order.

The staff provided helpful assistance. my room included a comfortable bed! the air conditioning worked effectively! breakfast was really nice with various options. i appreciate the convenient location. It's an easy walk to many historical landmarks.
The limited soundproofing meant i could clearly hear noise from nearby bars at night. Though the music usually stopped by midnight, it did disturb my sleep, though the use of earplugs helped

The location was very convenient to Wat Saket and Loha Prasat. It was also easy to get to other places. The room (I stayed in a Beautiful King Room) was perfect. Peaceful street at night and the cafe music was entertaining.
The staff was rude. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in or out of the lobby. It would not hurt to smile (just saying).
