i found the staff very helpful with all my requests. the decor included beautiful furniture. the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. the food served in the restaurant was great.
the room was too dark mood lighting impacted functionality and the shower was inconsistent

the hotel location is surprisingly good with many stores nearby. coffee shops are within a short walk of the hotel. a nice night market is very close to the hotel. it is easy to explore the city.

the room design is gorgeous. beds are so comfortable i slept well. even though the area is busy it was very quiet at night in my room. i loved my time in this room.

The staff provided really good service and were always ready to help with any request. The jazz music in the bar contributed positively to the ambiance. I found convenient toiletries in the room and appreciated the 24-hour desk service. The hotel's interior decoration was a unique visual experience.

Many attractions were within a walking distance of 25 to 30 minutes. Temples, palaces, and piers for boat trips were easily accessible. Bar street was also a short walk away. A 7-eleven store was located very close by.

The bed was very comfortable. I slept well.
The room was excessively dark, I found it difficult to see properly, especially in the bathroom. The noise from the street was terrible, a constant stream of traffic made sleeping really tough. Even with earplugs, the noise and vibrations were bad.

the room WAS dark. really dark. finding my things in the dim light was like a treasure hunt, only less rewarding. ALSO, the jazz music from the bar downstairs was loud. sleep required earplugs, which are inconvenient.

walking distancefree water
i stayed three nights here and the location was very good. it was near the grand palace and temples were within walking distance. the hotel gave free water guns and waterproof phone cases during songkran festival because that was very thoughtful.
the hotel is very dark. the toilet or the shower were too dark.
