smaller room cockroach problem
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I had issues with the room I booked. They assigned me a smaller room than I expected and it was not clean. I also saw cockroaches. It took a long time to get a room change. It was a frustrating experience!!!

The location was amazing! it was super close to everything, yet still quiet enough to sleep. i really liked that there were lots of restaurants and places to eat nearby. grabbing a ride was easy. Taxis were everywhere!!!
The room was super small. I barely had room to move around.

quiet location helpful agent clean bedding
the location was fantastic, close to many attractions. i found it particularly nice, that it was still quiet for sleeping. i also appreciated the helpful travel agent affiliated with the hotel and bought a tour.
i noticed a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the bedding was really clean.

the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, i really felt welcomed! the staff was always smiling and available to assist.

solid stay near khao san
great location helpful staff daily water good restaurant
the location was great with restaurants and shops very close. the staff helped with storing my luggage after i checked out. i also appreciated the two provided bottles of water each day. the restaurant downstairs had good food and a varied menu.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, space for luggage was limited.

my room included air conditioning and a safe for valuables. there was also a kettle and fridge provided, and this was very useful. the bed was comfortable and linens were clean, though the space was somewhat compact.
