great location friendly staff nice touch

The location is great. It is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, and the metro. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful (. The room had toothpaste and a brush in the bathroom. It was a nice touch.

The windows are not isolated at all, so I could hear some traffic from the busy main road.

dirty floor ineffective air conditioning

the location proved excellent. it provided easy access to transport and nearby attractions.

the room i got was not very clean. i saw some dirt on the floor and strands of hair on the shower head (from the previous guest, i assume). also, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the tv had limited channels.

The hotel's location offered quick access to the metro. The staff were cute and provided assistance when needed. I especially appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi. The availability of nearby grocery stores added convenience.

I found some dust in the room, particularly under the sink cabinet, but it was a minor issue.
