awesome chinatown stay!

The location is really convenient. It's super close to the mrt station and lots of interesting spots (loved exploring the area!). i was allowed to leave my bag after checkout, a bonus. there's a nice cafe nearby for breakfast and lunch, a definite money saver.
the projector tv wasn't very user-friendly in my room. i found navigating the apps quite difficult plus i couldn't find many channels i liked.

essential amenities were available, which i found really helpful. there was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and even a hair dryer. the beautiful family room provided sufficient space and was quite well kept.

the hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of chinatown. it's near shopping options, souvenir shops, and a variety of food choices. public transport is easily accessible, made moving around very convenient.

the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. the early check-in made my travel plans much easier. they were also helpful with storing luggage after checkout, which i really appreciated.

convenient chinatown stay
easy accessfamily roomprivacy issue
the location is perfect for exploring. i liked having easy access to restaurants and the train station. staff helped with luggage, a nice touch. the family room worked well for our group.
the shower area lacked privacy. the blurring strip on the window didn't prevent visibility. it felt a bit exposed while showering.

many restaurants surround the hotel, this makes dining out easy. dim sum options are one floor below. maxwell food centre and yakun are also nearby.

the room included functional air conditioning and a water heater. it also included necessary facilities, all in good working order. i found the room clean upon arrival. the bed linens and towels were very clean.

staff members were quick to address any requests, i liked this. the staff readily kept my left-behind laptop safe. kellie contacted me to arrange its return. staff also helped with our luggage.

the hotel is centrally located in chinatown the air conditioning in the room was very effective i stayed for one night the room was clean and well-equipped

the hotel was clean And cosy.
the toilet and shower area felt too exposed with a blurring strip THROUGH the middle of the windows. i Was like people CAN see me shower, and i didnt feel PRIVATE. the blurring strips dont do much AS you can still see the figure THROUGH it.
