the location was very close to khao san road. the rooftop area was a lovely space to hang out. kids liked the pool. i found the staff were very helpful.
I found the air con very noisy. It made it hard to have it on at night.

i liked that the rooms were updated. it's near food and shops. the rooftop pool is nice. i appreciated the free water in my room.
the price was higher than promised when i tried to book again, and that was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . My room was clean and spacious, a feature i always appreciate. The location is perfect, close to attractions but not too chaotic. I found the rooftop pool to be very relaxing after a long day.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. It made it hard to sleep with it running at night.

this hotel rocks! i stayed here and was upgraded. the staff helped me tons, especially when i wanted to explore the area. that rooftop pool? pure bliss after a long day!
