The hotel staff was super helpful and accommodating. They were friendly and had a solution for everything and dealt with requests quickly. The room was clean and the location was good. It was just a short walk to Chinatown and Hua Lamphong railway station.
The air conditioning was quite powerful for the small room. It could be very cold at night! The windows cannot be opened. I would enjoy fresh air sometimes.

the location is excellent. it is only a short walk to chinatown (maybe ten minutes). i really liked the spacious rooms with good air conditioning.
the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. it switched from hot to cold unexpectedly. the street where the hotel is located has red light districts.

The location was great for exploring Chinatown and accessing transportation. The staff were wonderfully helpful and very cute. I greatly valued the cleanliness and modernity of the room. Fresh towels were provided daily. The air conditioning worked well.
The street directly outside the hotel featured some late-night activity. This felt a little uncomfortable.

The hotel features a beautifully set up lounge downstairs. The lounge on level 2 includes convenient facilities! Laundry machines and a microwave are available there. Purified water and tea making facilities were super helpful to have. The facilities in the room were very convenient too.
The family room was very small. There was little storage room for our belongings. The shower pressure was great, but the temperature fluctuated a lot! It went from scalding hot to cool rapidly. This was not ideal, especially with kids.

There is a nice café inside the hotel. You can order food and drinks there anytime during the day. The breakfast service offers a limited selection. they have coffee and tea available to drink.

Wonderful Chinatown Hotel!

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with an early check-in. The hotel also switched rooms for me due to an issue during the night, and it's available 24/7, great. The location in Chinatown is very nice, offering amazing food and massage options all around. It seemed like quintessential Thailand! The rooms are very comfy and tidy with everything you need, a great value.
The water flow rate in the shower was slow. The water temperature kept changing unexpectedly.

The breakfast offered good value. It is served from early morning, allowing guests to start their day early if needed, which I did. I found it convenient.

The staff were helpful and courteous. They always greeted me with a smile, nice. I asked about the breakfast buffet, and the girl at the front desk suggested I look at the food selection before paying.

The hotel's location is central, near a bus stop and the metro, and Chinatown is within walking distance. It really suited my needs. It's easy to get to from the airport using the Rail Link and Blue Line, which I did.

i appreciated the hotel's central location. it was close to a 7/11. there was a nice common room. i used the coin operated laundry, a dryer, a microwave, and the tv. the security guard helped with loading and opening doors. it was so convenient and thoughtful.
