inconsistent stay
dirty pool unfriendly staff
the room was a good size and it had a balcony.
The pool was disappointing. It wasn't clean. i reported this to the staff, but nothing changed! the breakfast was too expensive for what you got. the staff wasn't as friendly compared to other thai hotel staff i met.

friendly staff short walk spacious room
i loved the friendly staff, they were super helpful! the location worked perfectly for exploring nearby attractions, only a short walk to great spots. plus, the spacious room with a veranda let me enjoy the nighttime views, it was just awesome!
the air conditioning made a slight noise, it was only a minor distraction though.

the hotel is located near many restaurants and eateries! khaosan road is only a 30-minute walk, and the grand palace area is about 40 minutes away from the premises.

helpful staff spacious closet stained toilet drainage issue
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the spacious closet contained a safe for valuables.
the toilet pot had stains it was not clean. the shower area seemed to have a drainage issue after a quick shower i had to wait for the water to drain.

nice staff clean room efficient service overpriced food tired room higher price
the staff were very nice and accommodating. the room was properly cleaned everyday. i found the service to be efficient and responsive to my needs.
the hotel food and drink were overpriced. the pool and rooms looked a bit tired. i expected a bit more for the price i paid.
