mediocre stay NEAR khaosan road
excessively noisy air conditioning poor sound insulation
the location near khaosan road WAS acceptable.
The air conditioning unit WAS excessively noisy, A SERIOUS inconvenience for sleep. the walls offered poor sound insulation. I HEARD every step of other customers in the corridors at night. This LACK of soundproofing proved quite disturbing.

my room was nice and neat. i made use of the luggage store and the facilities on the day i left. the rooftop pool with its bar had fantastic views. i ordered room service a few times and the food was the best.

this hotel is central and close to many attractions. i could easily walk to several sites and it was super close to khao san road. lots of food options were also nearby.

the room was perfect for what i needed, i found it very clean. my bed was nice and the air conditioning was working well. the water pressure was also good, so i was happy.

lovely location clean room friendly staff
The location was lovely. I found perfect access to the main attractions. the room was clean. i like the comfortable bed and the super friendly staff. the hotel had a rooftop pool that was a really nice touch.
i did noticed some minor noise from the street seeped into my room early each morning.

my room had a large bed. it also had a modern bathroom with great fixtures, i did appreciate its spaciousness. the air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet.

the hotel included a rooftop pool and bar, i observed them both. i saw many guests taking advantage of the pool. the bar offered many drink options and provided great views of the surrounding area.

rooftop pool helpful staff
I found the rooftop pool amazing. the pool area had sufficient seating. i also liked that the staff helped arrange a taxi to the airport. It was quite convenient. they replenished the water every day, i found it helpful.
The air conditioning unit was very loud. It made it difficult to sleep. the temperature was hard to control.
